About Alma
Welcome to the world of Alma, a Latin music four-piece band based in Santa Fe, New Mexico! Founded by guitarist Tito Rios in March of 2022, this dynamic band has been performing regularly in the Santa Fe area and has quickly gained a reputation for its elegant and upbeat music. With a sound that draws from a variety of influences including South American music, this band's unique blend of cumbias, boleros, and bachatas is sure to get your feet moving.
The band's instrumentation includes vocals by Maria Jose, vocals, bongos, maracas, cowbell, guiro, and more, by Rafael Herrera, bass by Justin Bransford, and guitar by Tito Rios, resulting in a rich and full sound that will transport you to the heart of Latin America. Whether you're looking for a lively dance party or a laid-back evening of listening, this band has something for everyone. So come join us as we celebrate the rich and vibrant culture of Latin music in the beautiful city of Santa Fe!
